What I love about our gem of a city Burien are all the nooks & crannies with different vibes & flavors within each wonderful neighborhood. I am always amazed by how views and settings can differ drastically from one street to another and even from one house to the next. One home will have bewitching Sound views while one block away, properties will enjoy territorial vistas

This thought prompted me to “dive” into a few of our lovely communities and share how even in a “shifting” market, real estate values in Burien are still thriving.

There were some darling homes with fantastic settings, all selling in a reasonable amount of time (with a couple even going over the list price…yes, it can still happen).

November market stats: $800K-$1.0M range

Continue to enjoy our gem of the sound and fabulous local businesses!
