I am always amazed by how views and settings can differ drastically from one street to another and even from one house to the next. One home will have bewitching Sound views while one block away, properties will enjoy territorial vistas
This thought prompted me to “dive” into a few of our lovely communities and share how even in a “shifting” market, real estate values in Burien are still thriving.
There were some darling homes with fantastic settings, all selling in a reasonable amount of time (with a couple even going over the list price…yes, it can still happen).
November market stats: $800K-$1.0M range
While we hear from the general news outlets that the market is nearing doom, the reality is inventory in our darling town remains well below where we were three years ago, and demand remains quite healthy.
