Monday afternoon, a bizarre encounter caught on camera at KW Korean BBQ in downtown Burien. A Black male is seen confronting a couple eating lunch. Hard to tell what they are saying since there is no audio. The man exits the restaurant and shatters the window with his fist.
No one was injured but the owner now wants cops to find this fella and stick him with the $1100 bill for the broken glass. Look at this distinct blue polo with this large patch on his chest. If anyone recognizes him, call Burien PD.
